The belief Jackson ‘bought his way out of jail’ has no weight yet everyone uses that as their blind justification of guilt. There was never a case against Jackson in 1993 and that was evident over a year prior to the settlement. With the criminal case in limbo because it was so moronic and the allegations hanging over his head until the media got some resolution, a settlement was the only way Jackson could make everything disappear. Diane Dimond known for her stupid antics to try to make anything ‘Michael Jackson’ even bigger than what it was, leaked the actual documents of the settlement. In the documents one find many ‘interesting’ things. For example, in the document Michael Jackson denies ever having any sexual contact with Jordan Chandler. Also, in the document it actually says the Chandlers can only speak of the case in a court of law. For 10 years the media has been spreading the lie that the settlement somehow stopped the Chandlers from testifying against Jackson. Another myth destroyed by the factual document.

Another myth that the settlement was for more than 30 million when in fact it was only 15,331,250, both Evan and June Chandler obtained 1.5 million while Larry Feldman obtained 3 million and 10% of the settlement which would bring his earnings to 5 million dollars.

And how much Jordan Chandler got? The most he could’ve gotten was 8 million dollars. Who leaked this private document? The only party that had this particular document was Lisa Marie Presley’s attorney at the time. So who gave it to Diane Dimond? Hmmm.

1. the family of the boy who accused MJ did it 3 years after the so -called incident happened.. WHY would you wait that long? The BOy was NOT 12 years old when he testified, he was almost 16 years old. His classmates, his teachers, his own psychiatrist labelled him as a troublemaker, gang member, etc. So what exactly is his crediability? Why did he wait 3 years to do it? Why did he go to the exact same lawyer that the other boy went to? WHY? Why would you go to a lawyer first and not to see a doctor? Why would you countlessly spend nights at MJ's place, even when he was not there if you were in fact molested? WHY? Answer these questions if you are so eager to point the finger. Why would any parent accept cash instead of going to court and putting a molester, pedophile behind bars? Would YOU accept money for your child being traumatized like that for life? I don't think so! They went to a lawyer, they settled it quietly , they got lucky. If they had gone to court, which I wished they had, they also would have gotten zilch just like Gavin Arvizo and his family. Jordan Chandler is living it up now in his studio apartment in NYC, both his parents fight over custody for him now. WHY? MONEY! That's what greed does to you. they ruined an innocent man's life.

2. the very first boy who accused Michael Jackson, Jordan Chandler, did NOT ever describe anything about MJ, who did? His dad? weird.. because just a few months back his father tried to kill him over money.. wow.. now why would you do that? Not to mention the extoration tape which was found and was the father's voice about the actual plan to extort money from MJ. MJ's lawyers advised him to settle out of courts due to his health problems not b/c he was guilty. MJ himself had wanted to settle it in court.

All of these families used him, they are disgusting. And if you don't believe, then do your research yourself before you pass judgment. Show me one factual piece of evidence that isn't your own biased or opinionated trash and I will believe you.
